About Us
We supply  Auslan interpreting services in Northern NSW including Ballina, Lismore, and the surrounding Northern Rivers areas.

Our Auslan Interpreters, Samuel and Belinda are:


- Accredited at Professional Level by NAATI - (the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters)
-Members of ASLIA (Australian Sign Language Interpreters Association)

Samuel

Sam holds Level 3 Professional accreditation from NAATI - the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters.
Sam graduated in 2010 with a Diploma of Interpreting (Auslan/English) after studying at the Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane.
Since gaining accreditation Sam has worked in a wide
range of community interpreting settings such as first aid courses, on-the-job training, employment, appointments with government services etc.
Educational interpreting is his most favoured field, and Sam has worked heavily in
tertiary education settings, covering a wide range of content such as anatomy, aged care,exercise sciences, social work, journalism, education and business.
Being a participant of the NAATI revalidati
on program, and a firm believer in the interpreters Code of Ethics means that Sam
engages regularly in professional development and training.
In 2012 Sam was the proud recipient of two awards from ASLIA QLD: Educational Interpreter of the Year, and Para-professional Interpreter of the year.

Belinda

Belinda holds Level 3 Professional accreditation from NAATI - the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters.
Belinda also graduated in 2010 with a Diploma of Interpreting (Auslan/English) after studying at the Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane.
Since gaining accreditation Belinda has worked in wide
range of community interpreting settings such as vocational courses, on-the-job training, employment, appointments with government services etc. Bel gained vast interpreting experience working with a vast range of clients as a Video Relay Interpreter.
Employment is her most favoured field, and Bel has worked as a Deaf employment specialist
- from this she has gained valuable experience working in workplace and employment services situations.
Being a participant of the NAATI revalidati
on program, and a firm believer in the interpreters Code of Ethics means that Belinda
also engages regularly in professional development and training.
